Terms of Service

1. What SoftwareBetting is
SoftwareBetting is an information and analytics service. It compares publicly available odds from third-party bookmakers against a sharp reference price (Pinnacle) and publishes the resulting differences as "value signals." SoftwareBetting is not a bookmaker: it does not organise, offer or accept bets, and does not hold or move customer funds. Any bet you place is placed directly with a third-party bookmaker, under that bookmaker's own terms, entirely at your own discretion and risk.
2. Not financial or betting advice
Nothing on SoftwareBetting constitutes financial, investment or betting advice, and no outcome — including past performance shown in the Track Record — is a guarantee of future results. You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on information shown on this platform.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, and legally permitted to access betting-related information in your jurisdiction, to create an account or use SoftwareBetting.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Free and VIP access
SoftwareBetting offers a free tier and a paid VIP tier with expanded access. Prices shown on the pricing page reflect our current intended pricing; the exact price, billing method and billing cycle applicable to you will be confirmed at the point of purchase inside your account. VIP access may also be granted through a tracked deposit at a partner bookmaker, on the terms described on the Pricing page at the time.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to circumvent, scrape at scale, or interfere with the normal operation of the service.
- Do not use an account created by, or shared with, someone under 18.
- Do not resell or redistribute SoftwareBetting's signals or data as your own product without our written permission.
7. Availability and accuracy
Odds, prices and value signals depend on third-party data sources and can be delayed, incomplete or occasionally inaccurate. We work to keep the pipeline fast and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any given signal will still be available at the bookmaker by the time you act on it.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SoftwareBetting is provided "as is," and we are not liable for losses arising from bets you place at third-party bookmakers, from data delays or inaccuracies, or from service interruptions.
9. Termination
You may stop using SoftwareBetting and request account deletion at any time (see Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to the contact address listed in our Impressum.
