Nature of the service

SoftwareBetting is an information and analytics service. It compares publicly available bookmaker odds against a sharp reference price and publishes the resulting signals. SoftwareBetting is not a bookmaker, does not organise or offer betting or gambling, and does not accept bets or hold customer funds. Use is restricted to individuals aged 18 and over.

Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
